Q: Do you have/can you send me a catalog?
A: We don't do the whole printed catalog thing at the moment. But if you would like to be alerted when we do have one, just drop us a line with your name and address, we are keeping track.

Q: Where is your store located?
A: You're looking at it! We actually don't have a traditional "brick and morter" location, but hey, you never know... =)

Q: I'm an inventor and just created a new gag/magic product, would you be interested in helping me bring it to market?
A: Sure! Drop us a line at info@thegag.com and we'll talk.

Q: Do those novelty scented candles you carry really stink like you say they do?
A: Oh yeah... Seriously stinky stuff. We actually have to store those in a special place or we wouldn't be able to work without clothes pins on our noses.

Q: I noticed my order was "On Hold" - what does that mean?
A: Don't panic! It's nothing that you did... usually. We often place an order "On Hold" while we are in the middle of processing it or if we are waiting on one or more items to fulfill your order. Orders will also be placed on hold when paying by Check or Money Order as we must wait until we receive payment before shipping the product.

Q: How do you calculate shipping for my purchase?
A: We use a system that is rather remarkable for online stores... we actually go by weight! We noticed during the design of this store that many of our competitors were taking advantage of their customers by charging them by the number of items, regardless of their weight. So, we have committed ourselves to providing the fairest system of shipping charges seen anywhere in the business. Shipping charges will be tallied and added to your total as your progress through check-out long before you will need to provide any payment information, so please feel free to calculate your total this way. For a table of shipping rates, please visit the About Us area of the site.

Q: Do you take money orders or personal checks?
A: Yes! To do so, proceed through your order as usual and select "money order" as your payment option. Then, print out your order and send it and your payment to:

Q: Do you have...?
A: Probably! If you don't see it here, just ask! There's a very good chance we can get it for you.

Q: Can I get a discount if I order a lot of one thing?
A: Sure! Just let us know what you're looking for and we'll quote you a price.

Q: I live in Australia, Canada, Turkey, the United Kingdom, or the country of "Not The United States"... can I order from you?
A: Yes and Maybe. We will automatically ship to without any issues. However, international postage rates can be a bit odd at times, and some places have strict rules about importing some of the things we sell. So, e-mail us and we will let you know if it is possible and the shipping rates for your area.

Q: Do you know you have a tail light out?
A: Yes, I know, I know!

Q: Are you a magician?
A: No, I actually work in advertising. I've just always been a big fan of magic and since most of our novelty suppliers carry magic items, we decided to carry them as well.

Q: Are you a practical joker?
A: Oh yeah... ;)
